Subscription
Below the procedure for subscribing. For any questions, don't hesitate
to contact us and mail to info@russian-language-course.com
If you hate to write and love to speak, please call +7(812)9639176. You can
also leave your phone number (no cellphone) and we call you.
If you do not directly think of participating now, but you want to be
kept updated about our program, subscribe to our newsletter
(4 times per year).
When to subscribe?
We have limited capacity as we restrict our group courses to a
maximum of 6 people per group. The earlier you subscribe, the better.
Courses for July and August were last year fully booked at the end of May. There
are also physical borders, caused by the visa procedures: When coming longer
than 1 month; subscribe AT LEAST 10 weeks in advance. When coming shorter than
1 month; subscribe AT LEAST 3 weeks in advance.
The procedure
Subscribing
1. You fill in this subscription form (this does not mean any obligation). Download
the subscription form. If you fail to download, send a mail to info@russian-language-course.com,
and we'll send you the subscription form.
2. We send you a confirmation form (with price, date and conditions) + visa
invitation application form
3. You sign the confirmation form and send it back to us by fax. +7(812)3055582.
Now your participation is definite! (After signing the confirmation form, you
agree on 35% of the total sum retreatment cost in case of cancelling your
participation)
4. You send us the visa application form by mail + passport scan in jpg-format
(not bigger than 0,5 MB). Your passport must be valid at least 6 months after
your stay in Russia.
5. We confirm to you that we received everything and that we start the visa
procedure.
Visa Procedure
6. We start the procedure to receive an invitation
(which is necessary to obtain for a visa).
7. We send you the invitation -> about one month before you coming to Petersburg.
8. With the invitation and passport + photograph + insurance you go to the
Russian consulate in your country.
9. Processing time in your consulate depends on the kind of visa and the amount
you pay. (The more you pay, the quicker the visa).
Coming
10. You announce us your arrival time and our people come to pick you up from
the airport. DO NOT FORGET TO FILL IN A MIGRATION CARD at the passport control
of the airport.
11. The next morning at 9:00 you are expected at Petrion to start the lessons
(your fellow students guide you to the school or we come to pick you up). Take your passport, a fotograph,
migration card.
